RETURN POLICY

If the item you ordered does not fit we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size if available or refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

After 14 days no exchanges or returns will be granted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

To make a return or exchange, complete the return/exchange form found in your original shipment.

All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of original shipment date.

Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories attached.

Must not be a final sale item or the following (all sale items, intimates, jewelry, scarves, candles, handbags and cosmetics/fragrances are final sale).

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged without postage labels.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Please see the Return Form in your package for full return shipping instructions. Return shipping is always the customer's responsibility (unless the item is damaged/incorrect).

Items purchased online cannot be returned in store.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for it to be processed. You will receive a Credit Memo via e-mail once processing is complete. Your funds should be posted to your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method.

SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING GUIDELINES

All orders are processed once credit card has verification. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 9:00 am PST will begin processing within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm PST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow 1-2 extra business days shipping time for orders placed on government holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.), as shipping services may be unavailable.

D.N.A. Couture will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

D.N.A. Couture is no longer responsible for any packages once delivery as confirmed via tracking information. Undeliverable addresses or any other local delivery issues are the responsibility of the customer to address with their UPS.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; D.N.A. Couture has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
